I am 3 years old and I was a preemie born at 28 weeks with IVH (inter-ventricular hemorrhage) grade 4 and menigitis and never recovered from my hemorrhage. I am diagnosed with cerebal palsy. I am a lover of the ocean! And I enjoy surfing with AcesSurf, or just being at the beach! I believe in that salt water heals!
