Raised on Maui, Ryan moved to CA when he was 17 to go to college in San Luis Obispo. He discovered capoeira when he moved to CA, and that ignited a lifelong pursuit in marital arts. Ryan now is an instructor in Capoeira, Filipino Kali, Indonesian Silat, and Bruce Lee's Jeet Kun Do. Ryan now puts his martial arts ability to use working as a stuntman on various Films and TV shows.
