I was born in Mission Viejo on Jan 24th 1987. I have lived there for over 28 years. Although, I never grew up in beach community I have always loved going to Laguna Beach and Dana Point. I have two boys who have never surfed before, but there Dad is a surfer so it something that they want to learn themselves.
I went to college locally at California State University of Fullerton. I double majored in Child and Adolescent Development and Human Services. I chose to major in these things because I became a mom at a young age and needed to find work in a field where I was going to be able to simultaneously finish my degree and afford for day care for my kids. I utilized my degree in the field of education for over 6 years as a Kindergarten teacher.
I am now working at Ambry Genetics in IT Development Department as the Administrative Coordinator. I love to master new skills and thrive in an environment where I am learning and developing, so it's a perfect fit for me in the IT Dev world! I strongly adhere to the values that Ambry Genetics has set fourth. For example, Ambry share and sharing the break through's that Ambry has discovered available to the public. On the same note, Mauliola, giving back to children with genetic diseases. Therefore, I am grateful to be involved in this organization and thank my lucky stars to be a team member at AmbryGenetics.
