Born and raised on Santa Catalina Island, third generation. Attended College at University of California, Santa Cruz. Upon completion moved to Maui, HI, where I resided for 10 years before moving back to California to take a job with the Huntington Beach Fire Department, where I have been for the past 12 years. Grew up on, in, and around the ocean. I am a PADI rescue diver, Dive Master, I have held a Merchant Marine Operators License through the United States Coast Guard, 100 ton, for the past 17 years, and am a California State Paramedic.

When did you join MOF?

Why did you join Mauli Ola's mission?
I've watched it for a while and have always felt it was a good thing. Very positive. I told a friend, whose daughter was born with CF and I feel it would be a nice gesture to help out. -

What are your hobbies?
Surf, bodysurf, freedive,paddle outrigger and paddleboard -
What is your favorite surf spot or beach?
Honolua Bay, and a couple outer island spots.
