My family consists of my husband Robert, daughter Lila (3 1/2) and son Miles (2). We live in Costa Mesa, CA. My husband surfs occasionally, I SUP and kayak regularly with our kids. My son was diagnosed with CF at 3 weeks old. We understand the benefits of the ocean and are trying to mold our recreational life around ocean activities. With the rigors of our life as a CF family finding balance can be difficult sometimes but we try very hard to spend as much time having fun with our kids as possible. I work as a registered nurse at UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange, CA.

Why did you join Mauli Ola's mission?
Because my son has CF and I'm interested in getting him involved eventually. -

I'm a registered nurse with adult / pediatric experience. -
