My parents found out I had cystic fibrosis when I was 2 months old. Since then, I've had to do daily breathing treatments and take many medicines, just to stay healthy. I try to be very active by running with my High School Cross Country team, but having the chance to be around the ocean provides a natural saline breathing treatment.
